This is one of the most interesting videos I have ever watched. This is what critical thinking discovers when applied to stories contained in the Bible and without the blinders of faith. 

After listening to this video, by Neil deGrasse Tyson, and drawing from my understanding of other discussions and readings about the life and death of Jesus, it is my opinion that most (if not all) of the Biblical story of the final hours of Jesus is not true. 

Neil deGrasse Tyson is an American astrophysicist, author, and one of the world’s most recognizable science communicators.

There are a couple of things Neil deGrass Tyson says in the video I disagree with, but they are minor points that doesn’t take away from the overall narrative of this video. 

I am not constrained by requirements of a court—guilt beyond reasonable doubt. I am not bound to withholding a conclusion until absolute evidence is available. I am free to hear the arguments, capable of critical thinking, and invoking intellectual honesty to come to a conclusion, an opinion, of what is true and what is not true.
